CSM Light Packaging
Chateau Ste. Michelle “Light” was crafted for consumers seeking a lighter wine experience without compromising quality and taste.
With only 80 calories, zero sugar, lower alc and carbs, the client wanted the packaging to represent the light nature of the wine while attracting the next generation wine drinker.
The “better for you” messaging needed to be obvious to the consumer.
I chose to highlight the messaging with large, clean typography that would immediately be apparent to the consumer. I wanted the colors to feel light and bright but also needed to make sure the packaging fell into the CSM brand family. Wine varietals included Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
